Prior to converting your loan portfolio, a solid setup is essential to realize the many benefits and efficiencies of NLS. Hear tips and tricks from our trainers that they have learned during their hundreds of hours of training NLS users.

See an example of the setup of a workflow from conception to completion using a series of action and result codes. Workflows can be used for multiple types of case management along with the "task manager" in NLS to automate and control time sensitive events and statuses.
This informal session will demonstrate the basic features of the Nortridge borrower portal. There will be plenty of time to ask questions about the deployment and customizations of the portal.
