Bret Davis

Chief Product Officer

“I’m an engineer by education, a software developer by occupation, and an entrepreneur at heart.”

Bret Davis’ management philosophy is to inculcate a strong sense of customer service in the organizational DNA and to support employees with a flexible and supportive environment that positions them to serve customers with excellence. He brings this philosophy to his position as chief product officer for Nortridge Software.

Being chief product officer puts Bret at the center of development for Nortridge’s core product – the Nortridge Loan System (NLS). He brings together the various perspectives of internal departments, including IT, development, sales, support and training, as well as the voice of the customer to strategically guide the future of NLS. He’s also responsible for the Nortridge Consulting team.

Bret has worked at Nortridge since 2003. He was mainly focused on coordinating all project tasks for implementation of the infrastructure, system configuration, data conversion, custom development, testing, training and rollout of NLS implementations. In 2012, Nortridge Consulting Services, a Nortridge subsidiary, was formed to address the growing need for consulting services. Bret served as managing partner.

Prior to Nortridge, Bret was a software engineer and engineering product manager at iMetrickus and a consultant for the eBusiness Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He graduated high honors with a systems engineering degree from the University of Virginia. Bret enjoys spending time with and helping homeschool his five kids in Franklin, Tenn. He has a passion for natural health and recently has taken up soccer to keep active.
