Introducing the Nortridge Online Community

Get the information you need at the Nortridge Online Community. This new community provides a forum where your Nortridge Loan System questions are answered by the Nortridge team as well as your peers in similar industries. We’ll also post documentation, system updates, and Webinar Wednesday recordings. We invite all participants to share with us the features you’d like added to NLS.

We encourage every NLS user to join and participate. Create a discussion to get answers from the NLS team and the rest of the online community. Share your expertise by answering current threads.

The community is open to current NLS users and can be accessed from the Nortridge.com website (http://community.nortridge.com/_customlogin/). With almost 400 customers and thousands of daily users of NLS in every type of lending business, the NLS knowledge base is broad and deep. Nortridge staff members are also active participants, so this is a place to ask questions and get answers.

Here are some ways you can benefit from the Nortridge Online Community:

Communicate – Post questions, answers, tips, tricks, best practices, ideas, suggestions, complaints, kudos, or pretty much anything else related to NLS or the lending business.

Organize –Some groups of users are taking the lead in organizing user groups, by geography or lending vertical. For example, community development finance companies are setting up an NLS user group based on their industry. Use the Nortridge Online Community to find and organize similar groups, by business type or geography.

Get Resources – Documentation, release notes, code samples, and other tech stuff will be available for download. Eventually, all support documents will be on the Nortridge Online Community.

Make your voice heard – If you need something that doesn’t currently exist in NLS, post it. Start a thread and build consensus. Let Nortridge know how important it is to you and others in similar situations.

Sign up soon and participate often. These types of online communities can be extremely valuable but they only work when everyone participates. We’ve planted the seeds and the Nortridge staff will continue to be active on the Nortridge Online Community, but it’s really all about providing a resource for our valued clients to connect with each other.
