SECURITY
There are several auditing levels for the NLS product. The first is the operating system level entry logs; all entries to the system are logged with date, time, IP address etc. The second level is at the NLS application level. All entries exist along with all field edits and security modifications are logged. This gives the client the ability to report on field edits etc. All security privileges are defined within the NLS application by a user assigned with security privileges. Any user that has been granted privilege to run security reports can get detailed field level edit information showing date, time, user that made change, before change data, and after change data.
