IMPORTANT:

You will receive official notice by e-mail that you have been registered for the class requested or for any second choices indicated. If you have not been notified within two weeks after submitting the registration form, contact Nortridge Software at: 1-800-993-6227.
Every attempt will be made to place applicants in the class requested. If a class is filled, applicants will be registered for their second choice. Approximately three to four weeks prior to the class, registrants will receive information by e-mail regarding hotels, site arrangement and local area information.
To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, Nortridge Software limits the number of attendees per class. Substitutions may be made at any time — please advise in advance. Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule or cancel reservations without penalty up to five business days before the scheduled class start date either by calling, or emailing.

Individuals who cancel a confirmed enrollment less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement to fill the enrollment will be billed for 100 percent of the full tuition fee (list price).
